I think the spicy food kills germs inside your body which helps to keep you from getting sick. When I was younger I use to get sick alot it wasn't till I started to eat spicy foods in my mid 20's that I would hardly get sick anymore. Maybe strange but its good for me. So I usually add red pepper flakes to my food or hot sauce depending on what I'm eating. The hotter the better!

wow i love spice food yummy, i am nepali(asian) i.e i love to eat spicy nepal, well but i am afraid to say that it is very injurious to health, it can end up by causing cancer too, if we eat too much spicy food we can have tongue, throat cancer etc. its a natural process everything has its too side one negative and positive. but i cant imagine my life without spicy food.
