For me, It would be the Intel. I used the AMD before but the problem is when the parts get busted you could hardly find some replacement for that. You should have the Intel brand because their company invested a lot of money for the development and improvement of their products.

If you are based anywhere in EU or Japan, Intel was the culprit for that. They were monopolizing the market to favor Intel products. They were giving out special treatment to manufacturers to favor only Intel in terms of hardware compatibility. The result is Intel gets out on the market freely and can be bought anywhere but for a high price on the other hand, AMD gets blocked and/or delayed to the market. That's the reason why AMD products can't be found or purchased easily.

Intel are better processors than AMDs. Intels have very good power dissipation characteristics than AMDs. Intels also have integrated onchip heat sensors which detect overheating and prevent processors from any damage incase of over heating. AMDs lack that feature. This diffirence however is not visible on a normal usage. It is only visible when you take processors to the limit. For games, Intels are the better processors for the above reason. At the end it comes to the point that, it more depends on which one you have been comfortable using with. Its just like answering which one is better among windows/linux? Its a personal preference in most cases.

I prefer Intel more for a simple reason. It is a bigger company and if somethings go wrong, Intel has more resources to deal with it than AMD. We all know that things can go wrong. Software can have bugs and so why not the hardware? While I am not saying Intel is better than AMD in preventing problems when designing CPU, Intel surely have more resources when bug do occur. So, in general, I prefer Intel CPU. Especially when the price is quite similar at the same performance level between the two brands.

I prefer Intel. AMD processors generate more heat compared to Intel. Intel is more advanced and reliable. I have tried two versions of AMD processors, but it created many performance issues. My friend had AMD processor laptop but it stopped working after 1 year. My Interl dell laptop is working fine even after 3 years.

For me Intel CPU's are the best. They got low power consumption, more overclockable, and also, high peformance. They're more expensive though.

I prefer intel processor inside my computer. Intel has a great reputation with their processor's performance. Although AMD also has much improvement with their latest processor, but i think intel still the best one. I had use AMD once when it was K6 series and it was dissapointing me at that time. I think AMD today is totally different than when it was K6. But however my favourite is Intel. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

I use AMD for my computer, not that it's any better than Intel or the other way around but it's because it's much more cheaper than Intel. They offer the same quality anyway, so why go for a more expensive processor? Wherein you can have a cheaper one for the same quality and capability.
