I am hoping someone can suggest the best way for me to get tv cheap. I don't want to pay a lot of fees.

There isn't much worth watching on TV these days... so just go online and pull the station call letters like abc.com and watch the shows online? I have just started doing that... nothing worth watching on TV these days anyway...so I didn't do cable when I just recently moved. I watch the soaps in the afternoon adn they are on internet now... a day behind, but who cares? And each station has maybe not ALL their shows, but a fair amount and enough to choose from. I watch Survivor when it is on twice a year and it is on internet. I watch the 2 soaps on internet whenever I want to... many of the CSI shows are on there and the list goes on... the onlyo ne that isn't as abundant is FoodNetwork... not much of the shows like Challenge or Throwdown with Bobby Flay is on... but I can live without them! But just check each station... see what they got. There is even a way to connect PC to your TV so you can bring it up on your pc, but view it on your TV screen... I am in the process of figuring that out... I think I have finally found the cable I need. Newer TVs have better access... mine is about 10 years old so it is harder to make mine work, but I Think I have figured it out. I was paying $60 a month for cable and realized I hardly watch it at all! I can get the news online and I love the old sitcoms so I have been collecting them in boxsets when they go on sale at Amazon.com or Target... and those are what I watch...so I just need a DVD player!!! No Charge!!!! And dsaving $60 a month is a huge chunk to save!!! Now I pay $25 for internet and get internet stuff and TV - for $25... great cheap deal as far as I am concerned!!

there's always hulu- it's a website where you can watch TV shows for free. And a lot of tv channel's websites often have full episodes of their shows you can watch online. :O
