Hi shreekrishna, Im not sure what do you mean when you say you are not a healthy person, what make you say so? are you sick? are you suffering with an illness?. I do not know your age, so what can I say?. Diets can and do differ according to age, if you are a teenager your diet would be different from an older person rigth?. An overall diet should have fresh fruit, vegetables, a source of proteins, legumes, and carbohydrates. About excersing to me the best form of excersising is walking, swiming, dancing, and most of all is free! and if you are a young person join a netball team, and if you have a bike used it!remeber is for riding.

Hi, is good that you are slim and healthy, I know with all the info we got today about food and what's right or not is quite confusing. Just follow a healthy diet with plenty vegetables, fresh fruit, lean meat, chiken, fish, eggs, include some pasta and rice as well and keep on excersising to build your strength. Good luck! and take care.

Well thinking on this line I certainly have a very good diet but I do not have a very good exercise plan. As a result I am gaining weight gradually and becoming very lazy. I do not go out of house much and love to stay at home and surf the net instead. I know it is a very bad habit but cannot help I have spoiled myself like anything. I am doing engineering and that is one more reason I dont get time for anything else. My college is so strict that I dont get time for anything. I had my hobby as dance, I had to leave that as well due to studies. Am planning to join gym after my final year exam. With this I hope I will have a better plan for daily exercise.

I am going through a particularly bad year so I am myself learning how to be happier and healthier. My husband left me last November and filed for divorce earlier this year. He ran me down so much while we were together that I didn't even really realize that I was completely miserable. Since he left, I joined Weight Watchers to get my weight under control since I have been obese all my life. I have started exercising daily which definitely helps my attitude. I am eating better, taking care of myself and I am generally adopting a better attitude about life. I am also taking a supplement called Sam-E which is supposed to help depression (which I have) and it seems to be working rather well for me. I have been taking it a week and I feel so much better. I recommend as in all things if you are having problems with your physical or mental health that you see a professional. I do have a therapist and I have been to a physician for my problems to make sure that I am adjusting my health in a safe manner.
