Do you feel the government is taking too much control over us? Do you feel that Big Brother is watching? Do thing Government regulations are necessary? I am not sure if I put this in the right place, but I'll do it anyway!

Yes i do think that the government is taking to much control over us, they are starting to get involved in things that they have no business doing. Some regulation is necessarily, but not to the extent that it is today.

Hi Greenhill, You will of course get those on both sides of the fence in this debate, but personally I don't think so. In order for our society to function there has to be government regulations and more is better than not enough. Blessings.

That's why I started this discussion to see how many people would speak their minds. It's been mild so far! If the government does nothing people complain, if the government does "too much" people complain. You can't please everyone no matter what. Then there are the loud mouths who just like to hear themselves talk!!!

Big Brother has been watching us for years. The government has always had control of us. Anyone who thinks otherwise is only kidding themselves. We are all slaves to the government. They take more and more of our money, so that the average person has to struggle to survive. Obama is just stacking all the cards the way he needs them now to lead us towards a Socialist government. If you feel like big brother is watching you now, just give Obama a couple of years to screw things up, then see how you feel. If Obama has his way, big brother will be the least of our worries.
