I am not one of those persons who think they have every imaginable illness in the world, but I have a concern . I will like to convince a general medical practician that I have a serious ailment and its not a pain that I am imagining. I by my own observation believe its a hernia but I wold like the doctors to figure out whats wrong; I dont think I should suggest I may have this that or the other. What would you do?

Write down all of your symptoms and when you have them so that you can remember to tell the doctor everything and then go see him. If he doesn't take your symptoms seriously then you should ask him if it could be a hernia. A good doctor will believe you when you tell him how you are feeling.
