What are your weight loss goals???

I am 5'6 and right now weigh about 160. Everyone things I weigh less I guess because it is all proportional. My goal is to get back down to 125. I am doing the elliptical, running, and pilates for the most part. I need some more interesting ideas of what to do though if you have any that would be great. I would like to know what are everyone else goals? 125 right now seems so unrealistic but I think I can do iot at least I hope I can I am in a size 9 now and would love to get back into my 5's!!!

I just want to slim down 20 pounds. They are the ones I put on when I quit smoking! If I had the money, I´d go back to smoking: the only problem I ever had with them were money issues. Even with 10 pounds less I could get into some of my clothes. Now I have two pair of jeans (one wearing, one in the washer). Life is HARD!!!

Congrats on quitting smoking. My parents just had their year anniversary of no smoking. They both smoked 30+ years. Both of them put on wei ght for a little after the stopped smoking but now they are starting to lose it plus they have more energy and alot more money as they smoked 2-3 cartons a week when they did smoke. Just give it time..once you have more energy and can breath better the pounds will start to come back off.

I used to weight 163 pounds and im 5'6. However ive been on a diet now for four months and have lost 30 pounds (down to 133) I would love to lose another five to ten pounds. However Im pretty happy with where Im at now. It took some will power to lose those 30 pounds but im happy I did it. Basically I just ate better, kept a food journal, and did exersize tapes as well as working on the elliptical.

I am 5'8 and right now my weight is about 160 , i wish to get back down to 120-130lbs.

I decided that instead of having a weight goal, I would start making fitness goals. I go walking everyday and have pretty much given up sugar and junk food. I figure weight loss will come along with leading a generally more healthy life.

I am 4'10. I weigh 168 and I want to weigh 110. I am celebrating my 10th wedding anniversary this year and I am hoping to lose a good chunk of it by the time we go. I want to get some photos of My Hubby and I together but right now I tend to avoid the cameras. I run, use the eliptical machine and I am watching what I eat alot more then in the past.
