Is Javaist Quan's has tuned in scam ?

I have been not paid since 60 days after I got my first payout. The frequency of users is getting less on the site and admin has been absent for so long. I am afraid it has been turned to scam.

At least you have got your first payout and I did not receive anything form them, every time when I see the balance ,it is going on reducing as they used to calculate the earnings in terms of percentage of total users and their participation. Now I am not log in into that account. I had nearly 1 dollar and that went to 30 cents few days back.

The admin on javaist quan's posted a discussion today , he said we will be paid around the end of this month so its a good news for us.

i also noticed that the site has less active members there recently. The admin is not around for several weeks already . I don't know if the will still pay its members.
