I dont play lotto ever and none of my family members play it. We studies the probability of the game and the chances are really low. Ask your math teachers about it 
I don't know anyone who won in lotto but maybe one of these days there will be someone who will win that I know of. Luck is always present.

well assuming that the balls were created equal then the probability is really almost nil. But i think some balls are lighter that others and i actually graphed the results in an excel sheet and true enough some numbers appear more frequently than others. If you are into math try to plot it in a graph and you will see, who knows you can even create the killer equation (please share it!) aheheh.

In 1995, my father got 5 numbers right and he won 25,000 pesos. I even went to the Sweepstakes Office in Manila to claim the prize. I remember the 6th winning number was 37 but his was 32! (darn, he almost became a multi-millionaire).
The first time I bet in an on-line lottery (here in the UK), I won 10 pounds or about 750 pesos (that's for getting 3 out of 6 numbers).
The odds for winning the lotto jackpot is several millions to one. So it's really difficult unless perhaps you join an organized group (calls a "syndicate" = not the criminal sort) which they say increases your chances of winning.

i don't bet on lotto very often, though. and i've never won anything either. i want to try bingo when i do get the chance.

Well like you are my luck in this game is unfortunately up to balik taya only. Mostly I do get two or three numbers but never do I get 4 or more. Well I seldom bet on it especially when the jackpot prize has just been won. i usually wait when the jackpot is really big but for smaller i really am not wasting my 20 pesos for that because the chance of winning is really slim so i will just save till the jackpot is really big.

The jackpot is big right now there now winner today in lotto 6/49 draw last night. My mother always play lotto now that the jackpot is very big I think many people going to take this chance to bet. I played lotto twice I got only 3 numbers. My mother also get the (balik-taya) twice in 6/49. If only we can win the jackpot and it is like (suntok sa buwan).
