it can plant the same idea in millions of minds at the same time in all parts of the world. its viewers need not know how to read or form their own mental images. it has changed the world. some say it can change you. your thoughts please?

You are right. THe idiot box deprived its viewers of imagination, creative thinking and quality time and ideas. The viewer has finally ended up chanting the same mantra that is telecast and those ideas belong to just a few people. Hope there wouldnt come a day when we start running to the television set to clarify our ideas.
