If she is fed, burped, and changed. Maybe she wants to play, and if she doesn't want that it could just be gas, have you tried to just rock her or put her on her stomache and pat her back?

yeah i tried rocking her and patting her back. doing that usually calms her for a minute or so but then she starts crying again. she struggles to get to sleep alot of the time though

Do her parents have the same problem? Do they hold her all the time?

her parents used to have the problem but it somehow corrected itself with them. i have spoken to them about it and they just suggested to percivere with it. i will try the singing and dancing stuff though=] thank you

Is she starting to teethe? I had the same issue with my neighbors infant. She would only do it with me. After a few weeks I realized that she had started teething, not so much teeth cutting through but just the lack of comfort of the pressure. I would soak clean wash clothes and place them in a ziplock to freeze. once they froze I would give them to her and she would instantly place them in her mouth! It solved the issue very quickly. After a while I started getting large carrots and freezing them as well.. she loved the carrots. She could hold it and suck on it at the same time!... if she dropped it, i would simply rinse it off and it would stay frozen for quite a bit! Hope this helped Good luck!
