Instead of rice, what can you eat that is heavy. they said when you eat rice and bread, it makes your tummy bigger and hard to take that out. It will take months of exercise before you can toned it. Since im getting smaller with my size but my tummy is still not ok, im planning to not eat rice and bread but i have to replace so i will not starve myself.

If you're looking to cut out carbs my best suggestion is to add in protein. Protein will help keep you full. Add meat to your dinners, maybe extra meat since you're cutting out the carbs. I will also recommend other types of protein like eggs and cottage cheese.

I have rice almost everyday, for my dinner. For lunch, sometimes I also take rice, but sometimes I'll eat noodles or bread/sandwiches. I think wholemeal bread should be fine. For tummy, I think it's good to do exercise to get a slimmer tummy. I always think doing sit-ups and "hulla-hoop" is good for making the tummy slimmer.
