Does anyone get this message that says "Congratulations you are the 999,999th

I dont know why this happens, but when i am browsing here sometimes, i get this message that says, "Congratulations, you are the 999,999the vsitor :Click here to claim" i dont know if it is an adware that i have or it has just been embeded on the site. Does anyone else experience this as well???

In my experience i am only face it ones. why is become so often for other mylotter? I just obey it because i know it only way of promotion. For some one it is very annoying and can we just blocks this pop up?

i always get it. its pretty annoying now. i remember when i was younger and i saw it for the first time i got so excited. now i wish they would just go away. surely everyone knows its a scam by now. surely?
