Did Anyone See Tonight's Episode Called "Uh-Oh Canada?" I Loved It!!!

My husband and I roared with hysterical laughter all though this episode. The freaky part was the amount of INSIDE JOKES between the two of us, that this episode featured. It shows the Canadians' hometown as Guelph Ontario I love in Guelph!!!! It showed the Canadians offering Coffee Crisp bars to the Americans. I got my American husband so hooked on Coffee Crisps. Knowing I'd be spending 6 months at a time in the USA, I took an extra suit case and FILLED IT with Coffee Crisps, and took it to the States with me. Border guards would get on my case when I'd tell them that YES I WAS bringing FOOD into the country. When I told them "Coffee Crisp bars" they thought I was being snarky with them, and would make me open my suit case, only to discover that I was indeed bringing harmless Coffee Crisp bars to my American husband. Maple Syrup! When Peggy Hill offered the Canadians some Vermont Maple Syrup they remarked that being Canadian, they brought their own personal Canadian maple syrup with them. This has been a running joke between Walker and I for years, as I will ONLY eat Canadian maple syrup. When there's a friggen MAPLE LEAF in the middle of our flag, you know we're serious!! American beer being weak and tasteless and making 'em having to pee a lot... this was a comment the Canadians made to Hang Hill. So true, so true. I've tried American beer, and it's nothing but glorified water compared to the stuff we brew in Canada. Americans come up here and can't understand why they get toasted after one or two beers. haha Our beer kicks @$$! Hubby and I are really hoping to get this episode on DVD some day. Did anyone else see tonight's King Of The Hill episode titled Uh-Oh Canada? What did you think? Any other Canadians able to totally identify with it?

That was the funniest thing that I've seen in years. The entire program was back-to-back inside jokes. I am really hoping that they will re-run this episode this summer. Unfortunately, the local newspaper only lists the program name, not the episode names. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a great laugh and I hope they realize that the joke is on the Americans.

As a fellow Canadian I really wish I had seen this episode. However, I'm not a fan of cartoons so wouldn't have even heard about it. Let me know if you hear about it airing again (reruns in the summer perhaps). I really would like to see it.

I didn't get to see the whole thing sadly. However, I did get to see a lot of it and I think by far my favorite part of the episode is when the two were fighting about their lawn mowers and were playing chicken with them only to get arrested for being under the influence while riding their lawn mowers.
