Because of my petite figure and my jolly nature, people mistaken me younger than my age. Whenever I will tell them my real age, they do not believe easily. They says that I look young because I am quite small compare to other women who is very tall. Of all my sisters, they always mistaken me as the youngest. But its not true. I am just second from the youngest. My youngest sister has quite a big body and really tall at her age. She is mistaken sometimes older than her age. Aside from that, she seems to be so serious most of the times that I think added to maturity of her face. Most people says that if a person always smile and laughs, he or she always stays young. Do you believe in that? What can you say to some people if they mistaken you as younger or older than your real age?

I am small compared to other women as well. People always assume that I am much younger than I really am. I get a little annoyed at times when people refuse to believe that I am an adult. Otherwise, I don't mind it when people say that I look young.

i always been mistaken younger than my age, but in school , they thought that i am more than 30 years old because i act like 35 years old but actually i'm still 29 years old. i am sometimes strict with my students that is why they thought that i am already old.

People always think I am younger than I really am. Mostly because I am very very short, and I do have young looking features. I do agree though, that people who are generally happy and smile more have a younger persona than people who do not.

I am also petite and people always mistaken me for younger than I am. When they find out I have a 17 year old son they tell me I do not look old enough to be his Mum. Back just before Christmas I was buying a gift for my sister it was a baileys gift set. The cashier looked at me and said "Are you sure you are over 18?" I just laughed and said yes actually I am 36. My partner is always joking that he will be accused of being a cradle snatcher because he says I look young for my age. Even though there is actually just 5 years between us.

I think you are only 20, aren't you? No one has ever guessed my age because I am only a guy who hasn't ever dated a girl. I can remember once a girl asked me to guess her age, instead of guessing, I have asked her to guess mine and to my surprise she guessed it correct. Then she said that she was of that age too!

I am a woman in my early 30s, but I am 6'2." That is REALLY tall for a woman! So, when I was in my teens, I was mistaken for a woman in my 20s. Now that I'm in my 30s, I am still mistaken for a woman in my 20s. Trust me, I don't mind this a bit, because if I still look like I'm in my mid to late 20s, I must be doing something right! LOL

It very much odd these days, but when we have visitors at home, they tell me that I'm the younger brother than my younger brother. I always laugh and appreciate that but I later tell them that I'm the older brother. It makes me feel younger though they did not notice.

I am always perceived as younger than my original age. Its annoying as sometimes I can't get into certain movies in the cinema. As soon as I get a beard I'm keeping it so everyone will believe my real age.

Since my height is short, I am only 5 foot 4 and my mother and my parents aren't really that tall. I am actually 24 years old and going to be 25 in a few months but I have gotten people to say that I look like I'm only 18 or even 20. They are usually a few years off but the case has been that since my height is not all that tall and I am petite is why I look so young. I do believe that with a person always being in a good mood it will help them stay young. They are young at heart even if on the outside they may look a bit older. Usually after someone guesses my age and I tell them that I am such and such they would be in disbelief most of the time since they are so off from my exact age.

My friends say that I look younger than my age. I am also petite and cute as they say so they keep on telling me I am just lieng about my age. I also do not act mature, I am immature lol. I like cartoons, music and as always I have new crush so they think I am just a teenager trying to be matured.

I too have had the same experience as i look younger than my actual age. Though i am past sixty i still have natural black hair and my face is unlined. Like you i too keep smiling always and have a jolly nature plus i believe in positive thinking and if something unpleasant occurs i believe that something good will come out of it. I keep myself happy sopeople get attracted to me and whenever they try to guess my real age they always make a mistake and when it tell them they don`t believe me.I guess you and me are quite alike in nature and yes i too am slim in body , so we can become friends.

Yes I have always been mistaken to be younger than my age, and it flattered me a lot, I was the eldest to my two sisters and new friends will always mistaken me to be the youngest. Now that I have three young grandkids, they thought that they are my own kids...LOL...maybe because I don't take problems too seriously, my motto is if there's a problem there's a solution, so I just think of the solution and not of the problem..and my other motto is to grow old beautifully, even if I'm old and gray I still want to look beautiful inside and out..

Luckily, mistaken as younger. Sometimes its my behavior plus my looks that make people think that i am younger than my actual age. You must be lucky too since everyone want to be young again.
