lately ive been drinking lots of coffee , minimum 2-3 mugs a day as these r my exam times. n i personally feels that it really helps to improve ur concentration. but still i think drinking so much coffee can have an adverse effect on my health. is it really true that coffee can be a reason of minor headache n lackofsleep ?

I also drink coffee 3 cups/day,yet,sometime single cup of espresso in between,it gives me energy and my mind is active when I'm working. In the evening, after I had dinner,I drink coffee and go to sleep,so far I have no problem going to sleep, though, they can stain your precious teeth,so don't forget to brush always:-)

Drinking coffee is good for you as long you drink in moderation with water, as coffee can dehydrate your body. Yes, coffee does give you minor headache, telling your brain is telling you your body is dehydrated (not 100% sure), and not sure about the lack of sleep.

Yes the caffeine does help you to be awake but not for long. As for me i can't really drink that much of coffee, especially when it comes to reading. I can't really concentrate to what i am reading. It seems like i am reading but my mind goes off somewhere. My concentration is just not as full as i wanted.
