What is your favorite energy drink?

I, too, like Red Bull - though it doesn't give me wings! Most of them are so horrible I can't stomach them, though V is okay. To be honest, I find freshly squeezed orange juice with a couple of Pro-Plus much better - that's usually my breakfast, when I'm working to a tight schedule (like today - hate Mondays!)

I like gatorade. I don't have to worry about not being very energized, though, because I do some form of exercise just about everyday. This keeps me energized and I don't tire as easily as a result. I used to go to Gold's Gym everyday back when I had a membership and I was told that the reason for this is because the more you do, the more you can do because your heart muscles are stronger. Also, you're increasing your endurance level the more you exercise. Kathy.

I like to have Lassi when I am really tired and feel drained after having worked continuously for many hours. I love to have sweet lassi which is excellent for giving you that added burst... To make Lassi, blend a cup of natural yogurt with some water if it is too thick , add some sugar or honey and a portion of any fruit ( Mango, banana, grapes, strawberries) and blend till smooth. Serve chilled ...YUM
