Do you need an alarm clock to wake you up in the morning? And do you get up immediately when you are awake or do you continue to lye on bed for a while more? I will set the alarm for every morning as usual. But since I used to wake up around the same time every morning, most of the times I woke up just before the alarm clock rings. And when the alarm sound, I will let it snooze for another 5 to 10 minutes, before I get up and dragged myself out of bed for the start of my day. How about you?

I don't need an alarm clock to wake me up in the morning as I will wake up around the same time which I usually do. I normally will continue to lye on bed for a while more before getting up.

My day starts at 5:15 am coz my son attends a morning school. So even if I want to, I cant stay back in bed and even my brain knows that! I do keep an alarm clock just in case, but mostly I get up on my own around that time.

I do not need an alarm clock to wake me up in the morning. But when wake up, I do not get up immediately. It is said, a lot of accidents for elderly people could be avoided if they remember to lie three minutes on bed after opening eyes, sit up three minutes on bed before getting off the bed. In these minutes, normal blood circulation resumes, hence no dizzy, no falling.
