My dog hates to get baths. He is also not a good swimmer and tries to avoid getting wet at all cost. He will run and hide when he sees me collecting the bath stuff. He just doesn't like water. Does your dog enjoy a bath?

i dog like to bath , whenever he see me take his towel , he will shake his tail, jump up and down , behave like a mad dog (describe by my husband) , and run to the toilet before me , waited in the toilet for me, sometime , i went to hide myself , he will run out and bark angrily at me

Cute! My dog is the opposite. He acts like a wild dog running up and down the halls as fast as he can as soon as he's out of the tub. Then he ignores me for a while as if to say he's angry with me for getting him wet.

i have two dogs, one native and the other one is a labrador retriever. my native dog dont like to baths, she dont like to get wet, and would avoid it, even those that he would walk on when she sees its wet, she would not step on it. but she's a clean dog and she dont smell bad at all. i still give her a bath though, and she cant escape me. her name is tacos my other dog sumo on the other hand is the opposite of tacos. he loves water a lot and loves bathing. when he was still a puppy, we would put a basin near him and put water on it and he would step in and just play in there with the water. i have no problem giving him a bath. i included an image of my dog sumo when he was still a puppy...

My dog likes to bathe, basically he likes water. When my husband bathed her, he turns on the hose, and my dog just wants to play with the water, then shake her body and let the water goes off. Hence, every time my husband's clothes will all get wet after bathing her. When it's raining, she always likes to go out and get herself wet, and of course, she'll be dirty. When we turn the tap and wanna take some water for her, then she'll go directly to drink the water from the tap. By the way, she's a Labrador, I suppose all Labradors likes water.

My dog doesn't really like the actual bath but she definitely feels better after she is clean. She's too old to be able to run away when we want to give her a bath so she doesn't put up any resistance but we try to make it as nice as possible for her. I'm sure all dogs wish they could get clean without having to actually get a bath.

My dog hates the bath as well. I always have to be the one to give her one because she runs away from everyone else, not that she appreciates me doing it. What I don't understand though is that she will lay out in the rain and sleep all day, yet she hates a bath.

Lol...I know wha you mean. I am always the one to coax my dog into coming out of hiding at bath time. It's funny your dog doesn't mind the rain. My dog won't even go out to do his business if it's raining. I'll open the door and he'll just stand there looking out and turns right back around to come inside. I should get him an umbrella. :)
