Do you like long running ,finger sized french fries, or short ones??

I love the long ones,and most of the food outlets here serve small standard ones. So I make them at home now. For that I need really large potatoes, which are hard to come by. What about you guys??

I think it's fun to eat long fries and i realised that i'm wasting less ketchup when they are longer, because i can't dig it all in :)
Curly ones are also nice too, but long french fries are my favorite.

Finger size french fries are good to make at home. Very log one would be difficult since we have to buy long shaped potatoes. I never check the size of potato whenever I make french fries at home. I will just pick up those available at home and make it, but will try to cut it in almost same shape and size. And fry it crispy and serve it with tomato sauce hmmm yummy yummy :) My family like it very much.

My favorite are the curly ones - like you can get from Arby's with the seasonings on them! YUM!
I have been wanting to make my own fries at home, I just havent had the time! I am determined to do it one of these days. Fresh fries are always the best. And if you make them yourself, they will always be fresh!
