Is cloning future of mankind?

Cloning is the new concept today and tissue culture being successful leads to cloning to many animals like sheep dolly and now a camel, I doubt if cloning is allowed legally in most of the world today and it may lead to medico and ethical problems later on if not given a serious thought! What do you say?
