Couldn't resist that title. Anyhow this photo shows my dad and Buster enjoying each others company again. Now that it's sunny and sort of warm here in Minnesota I rearranged the living room for dads purpose. The chair he uses is now near the front door. With it here Buster loves it the m,ost as he sits with dad and he can see out the front door and front window to howl at passing people and their pets etc. Dad is doing great yet still lazy. I can't even get him to go to Bingo now days. That was his pasttime fopr many, many years. Oh well, he is healthy though and that's the main thing. How often do you rearrange your furniture? HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

Rearranging my furniture is just something I never do. I think it's a good idea now that you brought it to my attention. My folks never did that and I guess I have never done it because i have never thought to do it. I pull everything out to clean and just put everything back ib place. Right now my house is in a mess with getting ready to move. Thank You for the post Bob.

You are such a good son to your dad. As for rearranging furniture I don't. The way this house is built it is next to impossible to change things around. I wish I had windows to see out front but there are none in the living room. I just have the big patio sliding glass doors that look out in the back yard. Yes, just be thankful you still have your dad and he has his health. After all this time he deserves to be lazy. LOL LOL

Hello Grandpa Bob. I agree that it makes us feel fresh again when our furniture is rearranged. I usually rearrange it more than half a year in my small apartment on campus as I do not have that much furniture. But we seldom rearrange the furniture in our own apartment as the beds we have are huge and heavy in the limited space of the rooms. It is good that your Dad and Buster are very good companies. I am sure that they love it when the furniture is relocated for them to have a better view of the outside to enjoy more of themselves. Good luck to you and your family, Bob.

Bless the two old coots! I haven't rearranged my furniture for ages - it's just how I like it at the moment. The only thing I did was move a chair to a different room when my son built me a new bookcase for Christmas. A change is as good as a holiday, though, and moving the furniture makes you feel as if your room has a new lease of life!

Nice picture of dad and Buster, they look like they get alone just fine together. And that they enjoy each other company. They don't have a care in the world. Must be nice. I am happy to hear that your dad health is fine, that is the most important thing. Maybe you can play bingo with him sometime, you and the grandchildren, see if he will like that for entertainment.

I hardly ever rearrange my furniture. The way I have it now looks good. Thats nice for you dad to have his chair so he can see outside, Buster too. Have you ever gotten your dad to go to the casino with you, he would probably love it. you could always push him around in a wheelchair and park him in front of a machine. He would probably win a jackpot, he would then want to go all the time.

I only rearranged my furniture when I moved apartments a couple of weeks ago. Pretty much wherever it is when I first move in is how it is going to stay. It's too hard for me to move it. So Buster is taking care of your dad, huh. Aren't dogs sweet? I have a spring cold, and Sherlock has barely left my side today. It's so sweet they know when people aren't well.

Playing catch up here lol We don't rearrange our furniture because we have a sectional and it only goes one way in our living room. Not only that, our living room is in an odd shape so it would be kind of hard to do anything else with it. That's ok, we like it so that's all that matters. But your idea of putting Buster and your dad by the window is a grand idea! That way they'll get to see all that's going on all around them and not get too bored. lol

we have a holiday home down the coast, and my little dog dexter, loves to put his paws up on the windowseat and look out of the window. either that or he sit just inside the open door and looks over his domain, or lays on the verandah and checks out the passing traffic, (by traffic , i mean walkers with their dogs, there isnt a road ,just a wide path.) at home he sits just inside the back door sunning himself, so we have to walk over him. in the living room he has his own chair with a blanket and a pillow. not spoilt,,,much!

We don't rearrange very often. We have lived in the house we have for almost 8 years. We moved the living room around twice (I think) in that time. Not alot of different places for things to go. Cute that your dad makes a good cushion for Buster.

Loved the pic. I don't rearange my furniture as I'm not to good at it. And I would sooner go fishing then redo my house. I sweep and dust and that is it for me. My son rearanges the house. I will get home and everything is moved. So that workes for me. You have a nice day.
