Easy and simple ways to increase Google Ranking

I own several blogs and one Web site and I am looking into making money from them for good lol :) My only problem, my sites are not fully searchable. Things are better for my Web site, but not for my blogs. I blog with the Google Blogger. Is there a simple and easy way to index blogs? I already use Google Master Tool and register all of my blogs... Is there anything that can be done?
