If you like Tom Hanks in "The da Vinci Code", do you think you'll watch him in Ron Howard's new movie, "Angels and Demons"?
I really enjoyed the first movie, and the trailers from this second "half", promises to be a good movie also. I definitrly am not going to miss this one!

I'm really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, we probably won't have the pleasure of enjoying it in the theatre like we did with the first movie because of having two children now, but we'll definately be ordering it on Comcast ON-Demand. I love that Ewan McGregor is in it as well, he's a fantastic actor. And I'm so happy that Tom Hanks agreed to do it again, it would have been odd if they had changed actors. I was raised Roman Catholic, so this sort of story line always intrigues me. You just never know, you know?

I guess thats why I like the movies so much.and they got good actors in them.

I LOVE Tom Hanks!
He was terrific in The da Vinci Code, and you can bet I most certainly am looking forward to seeing him in Angels and Demons. I wouldn't miss it.
Ron Howard too, can truly make this actor believable, not to mention, the stories he's adapted for the big screen. These two are a perfect working combination, and present the best (I believe) in entertainment.

I think Tom Hanks! is really great to he was great in The da Vinci Code, as well
I am really looking forward to see Angles and Demons.Ron Howard is great as well they both do a great job on it the movies!!!!

If you like fiction and a good mystery, you'll love this book/or movie.
The story in no way says anything AGAINST religion, OR the Catholic faith, but reveils certain TRUE historical facts and details about the Holy Grail, that leaves you guessing. In the end, it basically lets you make up your own mind.
It's a fantasic story...but a story, none the less.
Angel And Demons is apparently a continuation of somewhat the same historical criteria. If you're a lover of Tom Hanks, then you'll really enjoy him in this role, as he reprises the same character...a professor of ancient history, who is intrigued with solving mysteries, having religious overtones.

However one thing i've noticed in the Angels and Demons movie is that they have the wrong depiction of Vittoria Vetra (which appears to be the love team of Robert Langdon in the novel). In the book, Vetra is described as a girl who usually wears jungle-type outfit while in the trailer i have seen her more formal and detective type than what was said in the book. Anyways, I still love the book but I do hope that the movie is also good :) I haven't watched it, maybe I'll just wait for it to be sold in DVDs..

Hi crazydaisy!! I watched The da vinci Code and i like the way tom Hanks portrayed his role in this movie aside that he is my favorite foreign actor and i watched most his movie. Now that you started this discussion, honestly i don't know that he have upcoming Angels and Demons i would surely watch this one in a big screen. I am christian and i like movies like this. Thanks for posting this discussion:)
