I'm not sure, but maybe a minute! I can swim though and I don't have an issue touching the bottom of the pool, but it depends how deep it is! What I find it hard is to do floating, because I can't seems to stay for a minute.

Currently? well i don't know, i haven't try it actually. But during my teenage's years, i can hold my breath long enough that i can swim half a 50 meter swimming pool. that is about 25 meter. Just staying still in the water, i can hold my breath for about 1 minute plus. But that was ages ago, LOL, during those days that i can run kilometers a day. Now a couple of kilometer just took my breath away .... ^_^

it depends on how deep is the pool... hahaha pressure is increasing going deeper underwater... so when you're saying holding your breath 100 meters below sea level.. you will definitely die before 5 seconds.. for me i can hold my breath about just 1 minute on a 10-foot deep swimming pool ^_^.. i'm not a good swimmer hehe
