I Can't Give Ratings

Anyone else having problems with giving ratings to your own discussions? I give them but then they dissappear.

glitch is something to describe the anomolies pres - patience is a definite virtue at this promising site. unanswered questions that hopefully be made clear to all attending.
Yes,I have noticed that..not sure what is happening except that glitches seem to be the norm here at times. If you figure this out let me know and I shall do the same!
