Get married, giving happiness to your lover or getting it from him?

I have a friend who want to married to someone,she told me what she want from marriage is happiness,such as having enough money to shopping and there being someone in charge of you...however, as for me, marriage is a kind of responsibility, it include how to make a happiness for you family, and how to give them a good envrionment to live and so on! what do you think about marriage? share with us.

hello fqiuhong,i do not think ur friend's marriage is based on love.one can get happiness from his partner's happiness if the marriage is really based on love.

I also have a friend who is like your friend. It is so sad that this friend of mine cannot find the right guy for him. She was married with a very rich guy but because of her being a shopaholic, the guy left him. And now the guy demand for an annulment. Marrying someone means that you are also willing to share the responsibility. Even if the guy earn a living the wife should be able to budget it properly. Same thing goes to other factor of the relationship.
