well, its not that difficult opening an online store. you can start with ebay kind of site where you efforts are very less...but ebay does all for you. you just need to create a login on ebay and then create seller's account and list the items you want to sell and rest of the things will be done by ebay... you can ask buyer to pay you thru paisa pay (ebay's unique option of paying money)..this is the secure payment gateway..i suppose.... and when you know the pros and cons of the business, you can develop your own website to start with....but i think there are many people who choose to buy from ebay... but be sure that you don't get negative ranking in that...

What do you plan on selling? Depending on what you want to sell, there are different options. My advice is make sure you open your store somewhere that people will be looking for your goods! You dont want to try to sell Barbie Dolls when eveyone else at the site is selling DVD's! Check out the paypal guidelines for accepting payments. There are a couple of different levels that paypal offers. You may want to consider upgrading so that people can pay with their credit card. You will probably make a lot more sales that way!
