I eat breakfast just about every morning. I brink my breakfast to work with me. That way I can check my emails and eat at the same time! I didnt used to eat breakfast. For a long time I didnt want to get up early enough to make myself something. So I just skipped it. As soon as I started eating breakfast again, I noticed I had more energy! It was much easier for me to lose the weight that I had gained over the years. I didnt want to snack as much during the day because my body already had some nutrition!

Usually no, I do not have breakfast in the mornings. In the past I never had time as I was rushing off to work. Now it is more a matter of habit that I don't eat breakfast regularly. If I do have breakfast it is usually on the weekends and then I make up eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, pancakes, and milk and orange juice. Doesn't that sound delicious? Yummy! Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

I live a very casual lifestyle and only eat when I feel like it. I don't eat breakfast. I usualy only eat when I get hungry or when I get time. Sometimes I only eat a small snack for the whole day until supper. This is not very healthy, I know, but I do not have a permanent scedule, so it is hard to eat at a scedule.

Hmmm sometimes I don't but sometimes I do. It varies because sometimes, mother buys food fr breakfast while sometimes she doesn't. If she doesn't buy food for breakfast, I would just go buy food myself or I will just ignore the hunger I'm feeling. I'm used to not eating breakfast in the morning because from the very beginning, we never really ate breakfast altogether. But of course, I eat breakfast before going to school. If I don't, then I'll go crazy of hunger waiting for our recess time. Either way, I believe it's recommended that people should eat thrice daily. One as breakfast, two as lunch, and three as dinner. Happy myLotting!

I use to never eat breakfast only if I was craving a sandwich or bagel from somwhere. Recently I started eating breakfast and I started small with just a yogurt and now I upgraded to wheat bread with a hard boiled egg. I am trying to be healthy now but breakfast isn't so bad.

I take breakfast every single morning. And I do think you would do the same if you were me: I get up before 7am every morning and go out to work no later than 7.30am. My lunch is scheduled at 1pm meaning there are around 6 hours to wait after I was awake. If I don't fill something into the stomach, there is no way I can keep focused during the morning for my job.

Since breakfast is the most important meal in a day, I take it certainly. It provides the energy for my work during the morning. Only on Sunday, I allow my self to ill-treat my body by combining breakfast and lunch.

Of course I take breakfast in the morning. I need to start my day right so taking breakfast is important. I am going to need energy for work. I don't take lunch and only eat a little during tea break so it's usually heavy breakfast for me. Besides, I read somewhere that breakfast help to improve our metabolism.

Yes I do during the week I usually eat granola with fruits and a cup of tea on the weekends its pancakes, bacon and eggs. I have to eat each and every morning when I get up because I have low blood sugar. If I don't eat I get the dizzy, the shakes and then I could pass out. Which I have done twice in my life when I was younger a while back. Its definitely not a good feeling.

I am on a diet right now. I don't take breakfast. I take my lunch around 11 o'clock in the morning when I am so hungry already. However on Sundays after I attend mass at 8 o'clock in the morning, I always feel so hungry that I need to take my breakfast. And I am still wondering why I am hungry after attending mass.

Actually not always. I am the one who doesnt like to eat in the morning although my mother tells me to do so. It all depends on the time. If I will be at work I eat something around 8 or 9 and if im at work, I dont eat. I know its not healthy but i dont like to eat in the mornings.

i used to not take breakfast. but i have come to realise that it is a very important meal. it is scientifically proven that it will help you to stay awake better and be at your best when you are going through your day working or doing any thing else. i started by eating a little bit every morning and slowly increasing the amount to a proper breakfast consisting of a cup of dairy drink and 2 sandwiches. not too heavy but just enough. :)

I rarely miss the breakfast time. I did not eat at morning day its because not enough time to do breakfast. Someday i must go for work at the very first day in the morning, so i left my house with empty stomach. And then buy some food at food stalls when opened. But it does not happen every day, i often get my wife breakfast. The main thing is I have to eat at least 3 times a day . Its for our healhty.
