How often do you go to gym?

So, how often do you go to gym? Do you like to exercise a lot? Actually, I don't sign up a gym, but my friends do. They always go to gym exercise, and they like to work it out daily. I got to say, they have a healthy life!!

I know a lot of people also that work out every day at the gym. I used to have a gym membership when I was working, but now I can't afford it. I try to keep active as much as possible, and exercise at home at least 3 times a week.

I believe that to remain healthy we need to exercise moderately and avoid junk food, and have a disciplined life. Thanks for the Reply n Happy Mylotting!!

Hey, Well I wish that I could go to the gym, but I can't. I really want to buy my own gym membership because most of my friends also have a gym membership, I really want to change the way I look, build up some muscle. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Never, and i believe that to remain healthy it is not necessary to go to gym. Just exercise moderately and avoid junk food, and have a disciplined life. I had never been to any gym and i do not have any formidable health problem.i think it is a waste of time and money to go to the gym.we can do all the exercises required to stay healthy at home or outdoors as we like.you know like just taking a walk or riding a bike.why do we need to go the gym for that.

I don't go to the gym, but I work out 5 to 6 days a week at home using DVDs.

I think I have a healthy life even without the gym! Several months ago, I wanted to start losing weight. So I took everyone's advice and joined a gym. I went pretty regularly, but I hated it! I dreaded going. I hated waiting for certain machines. I hated having people watch me get all sweaty and gross. After about 6 weeks, I just stopped going. I lost all motivation to go to the gym. After a few more weeks, I cancelled my membership. Now I still make sure I get some exercise. I go for walks with friends. I use a stability ball at home. I do activities like bowling and rock climbing that I find fun. I enjoy those activities and I get exercise at the same time. That is really the best way to get exercise and be healthy. No gym needed!
