Just saw the movie poster for New Moon of the Twilight Saga... and i think it is great in depicting the love triangle between Bella, Edward, and Jacob... I just watched the Twilight movies a couple of days ago... i was not able to appreciate it when i watched it the first time because i kept comparing it with the book... but after watching it the second time... i realized that i like the movie more than the book version... maybe because of the fast phase... and most of the boring moments were not there... New Moon will be shown this November... and i am quite excited about it... hope it will meet my expectation... Have you read the Twilight Series?... What can you say about it?... did you watch the movie?... what do you think about the New Moon poster?

OMG...Jacob is so hot. he's as hot as Edward . I am really freakinly excited to see the movie. Can't wait to watch it in the big screens. Oh My God I am really ecstatic about it. I am really a die hard fan of the Twilight Saga so I am really really looking forward for the movie release of the second part. This is going to be so exciting. I can't wait for november.

Well, Jacob does look hot in a dangerous kind of way... i am glad that Taylor Lautner get to play the part... but i just wish he is a little taller... since in the book... Jacob is like a few inches taller than Edward... due mainly to the growth spurt that came along the wolf change... Thanks for the response...

I have read the twilight series and have watched the first movie just to humor the people around me. I thought the whole thing was pretty awful. I am used to reading romance novels - ever since high school I have liked reading Judith McNaught and Jude Deveraux works. Twilight was... bleh! And I'm not simply being non-conformist or anything, I even have a play-by-play reason on why I didn't like the first book: http://www.thingswelovetohate.com/2009/01/twilight-crap_08.html But that's me and I don't know what others consider as "good reading". I don't mean to offend, that's simply how I react to books. My sister has started reading it too, and she says she's having fun...criticizing every paragraph. THAT's how bored she is. The New Moon Poster is, as aptly put by my friend, "photoshop fail". All three characters' best attributes were not high lighted. Edward looks lanky. Jacob isn't as tall as he should be. Bella looks awful. Thanks for the response on my discussion! And I do hope I didn't insult you :) I'm just stating my opinion and hope to contribute to your discussion.

I know exactly what you mean! The third and fourth books were so much better than the first two. They had real plots and good character development. However, I've read the fifth book's manuscript - found it in Meyer's site... she was back to her first book style of writing x___x Did you know that her classmate from college is suing her for stealing her idea on the Twilight series? And their professor is backing up this classmate because he's the one who checked their submitted stories before and he distinctly remembers Meyer's classmates story and how much it resembles Meyer's published works.

I read the Midnight Sun manuscript... but it was unedited so there are a lot of mistakes with spelling and sentence construction... i read about that problem... but it has yet to be confirmed... The plot of twilight is not really that original... so i am still waiting for any development on the complaint...

I am not referring to the grammatical errors or whatnot on the manuscript, of course I considered that it was unedited - it's just how it was presented, really. I think it's mainly fan service and that's why whatever she developed in writing in the last couple of books were sacrificed in order to make an utterly cheesy book.

I am reading New Moon right now myself and I am excited about seeing the movie I can't wait to see it. That poster looks good. I am at the part where Bella and Jacob are talking and he is going to help her re build motorcycles. I felt really sad when Edward left Bella at the start of this book.

That is a good part... the love triangle between Edward-Bella-Jacob is a good twist... since the story will really be boring without that complication... aside for that... the writing style of Stephenie Meyer greatly improved as the story progressed... i like it better when the story was told in a different point of view... Thanks for the respnse...

Hello aseretdd, I have yet to read the book or to watch the movie. As you know, I am more to a thriller genre. I heard that this is more to a romantic genre which I am not really fond of (I am getting older maybe...) I watched the trailer of the first movie and it didn't attract me enough to watch it. Two of my nieces are great fans of the books. They have the whole set but yes, I have yet to borrow the books from them!

There is very little thriller or suspense in the series... and the most anticipated battle in the last book did not even happen... so i don't think you will like Twilight... aside for that... the first book is poorly written but as a consolation... the succeeding ones greatly improved in style... Thanks for the response...

The poster definitely shows what will happen in the New Moon Movie. I'm not really into pictures though they are just artist who plays the role. I prefer to like how the story goes and I like the way it goes despite the flaws.

A lot of fans were quite excited about that poster... and i myself think that they could have improved it more... but then... that is just the first one... and the others that were released were quite nicer...
