Hi, with the earth day celebrated just a few weeks ago and people being more aware about recycling. I am just wondering, is there anyway to recycle toothbrushes? I mean we change toothbrushes every 6 months so imagine how many people will replace their toothbrushes then what happens to the old one? We must have at least 15 old toothbrushes lying around in the house. Some we use to brush the tiles, others we use to brush small items. But after we have used them for other stuffs then we will have to throw them out eventually. Does anyone know if recycling centers accept toothbrushes? can they be recycled at all?

I understand what you're talking about, I have about 10-15 lying around the house for small jobs. They recycle just about everything now, but i'm not sure about this. I'll try to find out for you. The more I think about it, the more it sounds really GROSS.

hehehe Maybe not the bristles, just the toothbrush handles. Like maybe replace new bristles? Might work right? hehehe
