Do you listen or just hang up?

When telemarketers call your house do you take the time to listen to them and tell them that you are not interested? or do you just hang up as soon as you know they are telemarketers?

As soon as I realise they are selling something, I tell them I'm not interested in buying and I haven't got any money anyway, then hang up. If I was interested in buying something, I certainly wouldn't buy it from a company that thinks that telemarketing is a good idea!

It all depends on what I'm doing at the time and what they are trying to sell. Most of the time I try to listen until I get a break in to tell them I'm not interested but I have been known to just hang the phone up on them! Especially if I am in the middle of something!
