REally the top 13 was multi talented the best final group ever and the amount of votes coming in 87 million wow thats more than a 3rd of the total populus of the USA I belive Adam Lambert is truly the best artist becuse YOU rember his performances from weeks ago ! Like the way he did old Johnny Cash song Wheels of fire burning ! It was like Nirvana , or The Doors signing it so differnet and gothic slow deep rhythm I just said WOW ! Kris Allen is also good but really can YOU rember any of 1st performances ? Maybe it's just ME but i always wanted to see what Adam was going to next ! However I do remember the ones who got bad reviews from the judges even tho it was copycat performances like LIL Tyler when she did Tina turner exactly the WAY Tina Turner would dance move and sing it ! Also it seems that the younest contestants seem to go out before older ones ! The 17 yr old girl tho lasted till 4th and I know we will see her in the music world !

The song that I've replayed the most this season is Kris' "Falling Slowly" followed by "Heartless" from last week. He has such a great voice and would sound very nice on the radio. I tried voting for him last night, but it took until after midnight before I was able to get through without getting a busy signal. What I like the most about Kris is that he wasn't pushed to the spotlight in the earlier shows like the majority of the top 13 were. I can remember seeing everyone else except for Kris and maybe Jorge (memory of the auditions and Hollywood week are fuzzy now) prior to the group of 12 I'll be happy with either Adam or Kris as the winner. I have a feeling that the two will only be separated by one or two percent. It'll be close for sure. I would really like for Idol to go to a voting format like Dancing With The Stars where the number of votes per phone number is limited to the number of remaining contestants. But then the Idol votes would go down by millions and they wouldn't be able to boast about "## Million Votes!" each week. Imagine voting for your favorite for the full four hours...and having them lose. When with the Dancing format, you would vote twice for your favorite and know that you did all that you are able to do to help them win without taking away hours of your day.

Forgot to add that I think that this year is the 2nd best. Last year was my favorite thanks to David Cook. :-)

There's no question in my mind that Adam Lambert deserves to win hands down, but you just never know with the voting public! Kris Allen is undoubtedly going to be extremely popular with all the teeny boppers out there too. The one thing that may cause an upset is everybody thinking that Adam's a shoe in, so they don't vote. Either way, it should be a great final. I get it on delayed telecast where I am at the moment, so I have to try very hard NOT to see spoilers!

And there we have the upset! Kris Allen wins..... Good for him, but overall I do think Adam Lambert deserved the title. Lambert never faltered once in the entire competition! At least he has a definite career ahead of him regardless. I haven't see the show yet so have no idea how close the votes were. Surely it must have been close! It will be televised here in EGypt tonight and tomorrow night.
