Ziva in trouble again

The season started with Ziva in a bomb blast and now it ends with her a beaten captive of terrorists who want information about NCIS. She must be in a really bad state since she yelled in pain when the guy grabbed her head which is very un-Ziva like. I wonder how long it will take them to learn of her capture and rescue her when the new season starts or will she escape on her own.

The end of the season finale was weird. One minute Ziva is on a ship, I guess with other Mossad officers, and the next she is the prisoner of some terrorist group. I hope that they explain how all that happened at the beginning of next season because I'm really curious how that happened. My guess is that she was betrayed by Amit but that's just my guess.
