Nap Time!

Whenever I nap I usually nap on the couch or in bed it just depends on what I have access to and how far I feel like going to take a nap! Sometimes my cat takes a nap with me but that is not always the case. She usually wanders around and naps in her own special places and only at some times does she decide that she would like to nap with me.

I wish I had my kitties to nap with. I love to take naps, when I can get one. My children are getting older and havent taken naps for a while now. My youngest (4) is the only one who still takes one about 4 times a week. I usually just nap right on my couch. It's not that comfy but it does the purpose.

Hello Derlilastern, I like to take nap. I like to take nap in the afternoon. In fact it is the best time for me to take nap. I just like to sleep in an air conditioner room whereby the weather outside is very hot. I admit I can easily fall asleep during nap time. I nap at least 1 hour daily. When I wake up from my nap, I feel so fresh. But when it comes to night time. I am an late owl. I can not sleep at night. The earliest I go to bed is about 1-2am. I could not fall sleep easily at night time. Maybe the daylight is more suitable for me to sleep peacefully?
