i think is around 3000usd equal to RM10k for my currency..but i didn't regret because all money that i spent was totally paid off..as long as you satisfied with result than don't bother on how much did you spent..

Its about 4-5 years since I have buyed my pc and I have been continuously using it almost 6-7 hours a day and since now no major fault has occurred but there were still minor problems but a computer such old as mine would get such problems.

It depends on what you want to do on the computer.. If your computer is basically for printing some documents off of word, have a couple pictures, play a couple card games.. Then its not really worth buying a newer computer.. But if you are in to watch videos, uploading, and downloading things on the internet.. And playing video games like "Call of Duty 4" you may need to add extra hardware to your computer.. If you are planning on doing a whole lot of upgrades on your computer.. Take the time to price out each indivdual piece, verses all of the specs you have and want on a new computer.. If the price is a lot more expective to buy a new one versus a couple parts, do the parts.. But if the two just about equal, then it might be time to get a new computer completely.. Warning.. It is very likely that if you buy a new computer it will have windows vista on it, instead of xp.. There are some that really like vista but there are some people that have had major problems with it... It all depends on what you (the user) wants the computer to do..
