I find the travelogues are very interesting books to read because they present to us the very experience of the traveler and his or her exploits during the travel. If the travelogues are very well written we should find ourselves at the very place described in them. What is your opinion?

I've read several books about living a year in a foreign country. I enjoy them, and think they'd be helpful to read before traveling. Sometimes it's also interesting to read old travelogues about places to see how much the place, and opinions of it has changed.

Yes, that's very true. Also, you can travel on your own or with your friends without asking anyone where to go. Since lots of blogs talk about travelogues. You can get the ideas from them and go explore by yourself. That's what I do. And this is a good thing to learn too when you meet a new friend and it is a good start to talk about traveling even if you haven't gone to. I always read blogs that talks about traveling all over the world even about food traveling. This experience for me is really amazing and It really helps me get smarter and get along well with people who travel alot. I wish I will travel with my future partner in the future.
