Well to think about the positives i have a list: 1. They visit you during vaations 2. You have people to look after your boardig and loadging when you travel to their place 3. You get to hear about varied culture 4. You have access to differnt/trendy cloths/jewellery/costumes (This is my most favorite) 5. and so on .... add in what you feel good about having relatives all over the country or even abroad :)

Yes, having relatives in other part of the world is great! Although it's hard to go to other country because of financial incapacity but through the pictures they sent to us, we feel that we have travelled to where they've been. Aside from that, they have lots of stuffs for us when they get home.

Hey,a good topic to discuss about.yes Its really good to have relatives at different places of the country & even in abroad. As you said whenever we have a work at their city,we don't have much tension about fooding & lodging etc.It ultimately helps our finances.sometimes when I need to visit a place for some work,I wish that I could have any relative or friend at that place.secondly we can have different things which are not very common at our own city.as my uncle lives in USA,he always get us good gifts from there.

other than the food & lodging stuff you actually get a guide who can take you thru the lanes and streets. This is good for every one new to place, especially those who have trouble speaking the local language. BTW, thanx for your comment.

Yes, it is nice to heave relatives in differnt parts of the world. I feel it is difficult to keep contact with all the relatives due to lack of time. Your discussion reminded to me to refresh my relationships. Thanks!

It would definitely nice to have relatives settled or even staying temporarily in other parts of the country or abroad. You have somebody to take care when you go there. To say the least, somebody is there to receive you at the airport or railway station as the case may be. If it's an alien land, you wouldn't have the hiccup of language which would be duly taken care of your relative. It would altogether a different experience. In December 2005, my aunt and uncle had come for North Carolina in US to Chennai, India. To our surprise, my aunt gave us a call and she made it a point to meet us all. That evening was an unforgettable one still lingering in our memories. We too should care to extend the same warmth when people go over to our place in the same way as they had showered their love and affection in the event of our going to our relatives' place. Most of all think of the precious time that they had spent for us.
