When you buy a house do you refer to the expert?

Well, when purchasing your first home, finding an Expert who can give you the Best knowledge and price for what you can afford is a Great thing for sure. You need to ask questions, and decide your price range, and see if it will work Best for you. With the guidance of someone else you can explain your goals, wants and desires, and they can work with you from there finding the best fit for all.

i have been considering what kind of house to buy at present,because i have limited momey,so i have to choose a one which is best fit to me,so i will think about it too much and there are so many factor we need to consider,i have seen several second-hand house via hous-agent,the course of the choosing house is so hard.i hope i am able to buy a well-content one.

I bought my house several years ago. I didnt consult any experts for anything! My brother-in-law knows a lot about building and home repairs. So I brought him over to check out the house. Everything was sound, so I put an offer in on it. A couple of months later it was all mine! For the decorating, I didnt consult an expert because they are so expensive! I tend to have my own taste for decorating anyway. My husband and I have slowly been adding or subtracting pieces of furniture so that it is exactly what we want. He have changed the set up of the rooms until we found something that works for us. I think that you are the best person to set up your own house because no one knows you better than you!
