have you ever experienced being down and low because of debt that you even came to the point of mortgaging your parent's house and lot and yet on the maturity date you were not able to give the amount and again you have to mortgage the said property for the second time but this time with two different people?

Debt is a terrible thing and it can be termed a disease. It is very difficult to get out of debt and people seem to sink deeper and deeper into debt. I have decided never to go into debt and I do not spend what I do not have. Cheers!!
