generally i prefere to have a glass of milk with some cakes.
but in this period i cannot stand it, so i take a red orange juice with some homemade cakes.

I usually have a bowl of cereal (Weetabix/Oatibix/muesli...) with skimmed milk and sometimes a glass of orange juice. If I am working a late shift I dont eat until about 11am & will have something like scrambled eggs on toast.
