i was wondering what do we give our kids to snack on throughout the day. for me i have 4 kids and they all like different things with my 14 yr old she loves cucumbers, she will make a cucumber and vinegar mix and eat it all week, or she will eat ramon noodles. my 11 yr old his favorite is pb&j sandwich, chips and salsa. my 10 yr old candy he doesn't like me much because i won't let him have it very often, he has to eat fruit or crackers, my 1 yr old will probably eat anything you give her, her favorite is red grapes, and vanilla wafers.
i would say maybe twice a week they might have candy.
how much candy do you let your children eat.

my only child, a three year old, is a monster for noodles and cheese spread. on bread that is. he can pack in one serving of noodles in a snap and be surprised when it's gone and would ask for another one. he can finish 3 big bananas in one sitting. actually, we ran out but i think he can do more
. he eats cheese sandwich amounting to 2 servings, i.e. 4 pieces of bread and a spread of cheese on both sides of the bread. he can ask for about 4 servings of noodles. i know little boys eat a lot more than girls but i have one great eater here
