A question about AC

Recently I started reading contents on AC, Helium and various blogs of my interest. I enjoy reading them, though unable to give much time. While reading contents of various writrs on AC, I find that a part of it is hidden by an ad which I am unable to remove. Can anyone suggest how to remove that block of ad, so that I can read the full article, or is there any other way out to read the full content without any obstacle?Looking forward to your response and thanks in anticipation.

Sounds like browser incompatibility to me - your browser may be dealing with the site's CSS badly, and overlapping stuff. I get that sometimes in Firefox, so I just switch to IE for those sites. It's not a solution, just a workaround, and it sucks - but hey, that's life!

That was my only other thought, I use IE and didn't see any problems at all.

Thanks Spike, I use IE, but the problem persists. I've written to the administration.

I have also faced this problem on AC. I have published a few poems of mine and I had no problem when I read them in my office where I use firefox at a screen resolution of 1280 X 1024. But when I read the same content at home on IE at a screen resolution of 1024 X 764, I faced this problem. I though may be it was due to screen resolution so I changed it to lower resolution, but it did not help. Now I am sure it must be a browser problem. I don't have firefox in my laptop, I will download firefox and try again. Thanx for starting this discussion,

Thanx for your response cyber, I guess here lies the solution. I use IE, but I've no idea about the screen resolution. I'll try it at my friends's place who uses some other browser. That can be the reason.

I don't think I have ever had that issue with AC. I would think it might have been a flaw or something with IE, or your Computer or internet connection at that time. Let's hope you have found out what the issue was, and everything is working better for you now.

I am also a writer there Comfort but I have not faced this problem while reading any article . be it of mine or others. Perhaps it was a particular glitch on a particular day. THere occurs certain operational problems on certain days. May be this is also one of them.
