after having a nice time in bed with your partner and after relaxing also for a while after that, whnen you both finally wanna sleep you hear your partner snoring. Gosh!! i will pull all my hairs out of my scalp and wish if i could stick them all over his nose. i am really too disturbed, infact irritated with that noise. i can not ever sleep in that noise. sometimes my hubby really snores and our baby also sleeps with us, at that time i am so irritated becasue it makes me so hard to make her sleep, and then becasue of his snoring if she wakes up back, i get really angry. but what to do, snoring is a thing, that comes up when ever it wanna come, he cant do anything. he dont snores everyday, someday he snores but i cant stand dya also. what do you people do, how do you handle situation?

My wife snores a little and she will not accept it.So,I once taped her snoring in the voice recorder of my cell phone and played back the next morning. She was really surprised. But that doesn't make any change. So,I learned a new technique. If I hear her snoring in deep sleep,I will wake her up and tell the same.Being irritated she will take some more time to get into deep sleep again. In the mean time I will fall asleep so that her snoring will not bother me.Cheers!

I just don't sleep. My boyfriend snores so loud that it drives me nuts too. I've tried sleeping in another room but I can't sleep alone now. I used to think the snoring was kinda cute but now it irritates me. I've tried to get him to do something about it or see a doctor about it but he won't. I actually recorded him snoring and played it back for him. He was surprised that it was so loud and obnoxious but he still hasn't done anything. lol.

Well I would smother him with the pillow - LOL LOL LOL only kidding. I had this problem for long time and I would roll him over on his side that would help most of the time. If it didn't I would just go into the guest room to sleep. He would get mad because he didn't wake up with me in bed. He ended up losing weight and the snoring stopped. There are some snoring sprays or strips for the nose but I'm not sure if they work at all. I also if I were you if the snoring is really bad he should be checked for sleep apnea. With a baby and the snoring I don't know how you are functioning. Sleep is so important especially with a baby. Good luck to you.

Yeah, my husbands snores.. But I'm used to it.. Its not so loud, but sometimes when its getting loud, I wake him up. Coz my mom told me it's not good for his heart snoring loud.. I don't know if its true. I never tried asking a doctor bout it. And really his snoring is not a big issue for me, still i can get a good night sleep beside him.

I am not married yet and i don't like snoring if anybody slept beside me.Of course if i slept i will not wake up until they tried a lot to wake me.hahha so i am fine sleeping with the people who snores because i will be in a deep sleep at that time as usual.

my husband doesnt snore he groans and laughs and talks lol. i snore though. sometimes really bad. at times he tells me he just knows he will have to tell the cops i was dreaming of a big white fluffy marshmellow and ate my pillow in my sleep. lol of course he is joking but sometimes he has to go to the couch to sleep cause my snoring is really bad. when i have a cold or allergies kick in hard he doesnt get much sleep. i hae tried all kinds of things to help with it but it doesnt help. i feel bad when i see him really tired and he slept on the uncomfotable couch. he never yells at me or anything like that he just makes jokes about it. the mental pic though of him telling the cops about me eating my pillow is funny.

Yes, my partner does snore from time to time, not often, perhaps a couple of times a month. The way we took care of it was to observe why it would happen on those few night, and not on others. To see if we could find something in common about those nights. We found that she would tend to snore if she slept while lying flat on her back. So , in our case , the solution was easy. Get her to not sleep in that position, which she isn't crazy about anyway. So now, if she does snore, I gently nudge her and say "hey, turn over" In more problematic cases the person will snore loud and almost every time they sleep. Consulting a doctor is the first step in such cases, often they can recommend a solution.

My Ex....Did that and i cant stand it...Id either wake him up or poke him in the side to make him stop and it usually did for about an hour after that he'd always be doing it again so id actually have to get up and leave the room and go sleep in the other room so that i could actually get some sleep.

im not too sure my partner snores but he tends to breath heavy and its really bad when he has a cold and bunged up nose. I tend to give him a nudge or puish him lightly or give him a little kick! Noramlly does the trick enough for me to fall asleep again. I think my partner grinds his teeth more than anything in his sleep.

this is funny the only time that my partner snores is if he has been drinking then I cannot handle it I leave to another room we live in a small one bedroom apartment and I can still hear him in the livingroom but its better than having him right next to me one time he woke me up and I could not go back to sleep so I did his makeup lol thats what he gets for getting drunk
