Are you a dedicated worker?

I am a dedicated worker. Sometimes, I skip my lunch to finish my work early, and I have to help others too. I didn't complain much. Even though how hard I work, my boss just won't appreciate it. He just favor on those people who is lazy, who doesn't want work at all. How justice is that?
