how to fight on somuch depression?

i dont know but ive been crying lately..even if i just hear a song or watched a movie, i just cried..and getting mad so fast,is it part of being depressive?i got really mad and angry easily and i really want to fight from it..can you help me?

I use to manage depression, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

it could be depression, or even anxiety. it does sound more like depression, but do you feel on edge all the time too? the littlest things set you off?the only you can do is go and see someone, see a doctor first, and explain to him clearly how you have been feeling, and how it has been affecting your everyday life. he will then probably refer you to a councellor weather or not he believes you have depression or not. it could just be a rough patch:) but that doesnt make it less important, i know how deep the affects of depression or anxiety can be so get on top of it right away:)

Maybe you should talk to someone.. are you holding something in ? has something recently happened to you? try and think why your depressed and then work on it from there... maybe write down how your feeling. talk to a doctor. i am not really sure.. i know being depressed sucks though.. i get get depressed about once a month and it just comes on out of no where sometimes. today and yesterday have been good days for me for the most part but i have felt depressed and i am not really sure why. I feel like i am gonna cry but i have not yet cried. it's hard to fight it i know. try doing some deep breaths when it happens. that sometimes helps me... just think happy thoughts.

same road pretty much said it all depression can be really hard if you dont know how to deal with it. It really does help to have someone to talk to especially if they have been there before they know what you are going through and can help you deal with it better if it is a continous thing then medication can really help some people keep more balanced. i hope things start lookng up for you. I know what you mean about get angry upset so easily almost for no reason i have been like that for a while it is from when i was younger i would hold evrything in but once i start letting anything out i just explode and i cant control it anymore. i know it can be hard but you can over come anything if you believe you can and do all you can too. good luck
