Learn to say "NO"!!!

Some people have no hesitation about trying to convince you to do what they want,even if you find it distasteful or inconvenient. If give in to their requests,you usually feel resentful,angry,and victimized.
Coming up with excuss to escape these situations is really helpful because manipulators are often experts at countering even the most skillful of evasion. The best solution is the simplest: say,"I don't want to do it!"
Not only is it all right to say,"NO," to these people,you needn't give them a reason for doing so.Since they have no qualms about imposing on you,you need have none about refusing to be imposed on.

i can say i am one of those who cannot say no...lol and its like i cannot refuse but not with those buying but with work..when i am at work and my boss would ask me to do something even though i am already doing something, i cannot refuse and i would still say yes!!

Its true that we must have a sense of saying "NO" but sometimes it is just too hard for me coz i don't like to disappoint peoples around me. It makes me feel guilt when i say NO especially to my friends.
