Bored

Yes, I am bored. Or maybe I am depressed, I don't know. But you ever get to the point were your life is just the same day in and day out, just like the things around you? You have nothing to say, nothing to do? I have to snap out of this I know but it is so aggravating to me right now. When you get this bored what you do to entertain yourself? (No shopping sprees, money is tight. LOL)

You are bored and feeling that you don't have anything to do, but you actualy know that there are things to be done. The problem is, the less you do, the less you feel like doing something.
Force yourself up from the chair, go to your cuboards and unpack them. You may find some things you have been looking for a while back. You may come accros some pictures or a magazine that was special for some reason. Before you know it you are so busy with the cuboard that you forget about your boredom.
The biggest step is to just get up. I like what NIKE says;'Just do it.'
Come on, you can do it.... see, there you go... enjoy...

I like your comment. :) My problem is that is what I am bored of, like I said money is tight right now, so I play in my garden, I play with my kid, I surf the net and when I don't do that I am cleaning something. Ugh! I am so sick of cleaning something. I actually told my husband last night that when he comes home from work I am going for a long bike ride, and this is my new ritual the nice weather is here so I can. And if I don't yell at me, to go do it. So hopefully I stick to it for 2 reasons, health and killing my boredom.

I actually do know what you mean and currently my life is like a routine. All I do everyday is go go work and from the way I look at it is that it keeps me busy, gives me something to do and I make money which is all positives. But I have been in the situation where I get bored easily no matter what I try to do and the day just drags on. I usually try to go on the computer, listen to music and talk to some friends on the computer. If that doesn't work I would put on a DVD and watch a movie. That usually helps and I make sure I'm watching something I enjoy the most. To be honest, I have found this site to be quite interesting and it is actually very enjoyable and addicting.

I do agree with you mylot is very addicting. :) I will say I am glad I found it. It is interesting to read everyones thoughts and comments on certain topics.

Hey, I have been there and have done something about it not to be bored but there are times that the day is still boring after you have all tried the things to make day not boring LOL.
Today it's boring and I'm bored with mylotting, so I'm going out after this to see some street dancing because there is a flower festival celebrated in the city and maybe fireworks after that. And I hope the street performances would not be boring.

What i do during those times is probably I always read books which is a good and entertaining way to kill the time. Or probably I will sleep and sleep until I wake up and sleep again!

LOL I wish I could sleep that much, but it kind of hard with kids. I pretty much read every book in my house already. (Maybe it is time to make a trip to my library.)
