It is high time to get rid of the stray dogs in the locality, only yesterday a stray dog bit an elderly woman, while strolling in the park, however the muncipal corporation is silent and doesnt take any action, what to do?

they should not be killed but it is the duty of the govt to look after the stray dogs provide shelter to them, they shouldn't be killed as they are the part of our ecosystem.

The only reason a stray dog should be killed is if they themselves have caused a problem, such as biting or hurting an innocent person. Not all stray dogs are going to bite, but most might. Should all stray dogs be put down because of one misbehaving? I don't think so. I, myself, have a dog that was once a stray, and she's got perfect manners. It all depends on what the one particular dog has done to deserve to be put down.

I am against killing stray dogs. They need shelter, not to be killed. I am very upset at the people. Very often dog bites because they are afraid.

I'm against any killing. The stray dogs are helpless. They have no owner to look after them. The municipal corporation can make shelter for the stray animals.
